For more than 25 years, English Rose has been helping seniors continue to live independently by providing high professional and highly compassionate care.  We support clients in the comfort of their own home or in one of our beautiful single-family homes nestled into some of the Twin Cities most picturesque neighborhoods.

With 100 caregivers and 20 support and leadership staff members, we seek to expand into Rochester and the surrounding area by offering In Home Care services including:
 

  • Companion Care
  • Personal assistance with dressing, showering, and other daily activities
  • Medication management
  • Travel accompaniment
  • Skilled nursing services
  • Care team oversight

Seeking a highly motivated individual who has a calling to care for seniors and an entrepreneurial spirit to build and lead English Rose’s expansion into the Rochester market.

Job Title: Director of Home Care – Rochester

Salary: Competitive base dependent upon experience + incentive pay

Job Responsibilities

Marketing: Serve as the primary brand ambassador in your area
  • Work to develop relationships with a variety of referral sources and other experts in the senior care space
  • Identify opportunity to positively grow the English Rose brand recognition through community networking opportunities

Sales: Grow Home Care revenue
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand care needs
  • Develop care plan based on client’s unique circumstances and preferences
  • Sign service agreement contracts with new clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Continuously update client care plans based on changing needs

Operations: Ensure clients receive the best possible care and that we bring comfort and peace of mind to everyone involved 
  • Ensure high quality standards for client care
  • Maintain close relationships with client’s loved ones and providers
  • Monitor client outcomes and overall satisfaction of client and their loved ones
  • Approves client billing (ensures services, billed hours and hourly rates are accurate)

Human Resources: Build team of excellent, satisfied caregivers
  • Recruit qualified caregivers
  • Provide caregivers the support and mentorship they need to be successful
  • Oversee staffing schedule
  • Approves caregiver payroll (ensures caregiver hours and hourly pay is accurate)


Support from the English Rose Home Office
  • Strategic planning
  • Marketing services (e.g., graphic design, email marketing, etc.)
  • Operational protocols and procedures
  • Client RN assessments and ongoing nursing services
  • Caregiver training and ongoing performance management
  • Payroll
  • HR compliance
  • Regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Share a passion for the English Rose mission, vision, and values
  • 5+ years’ experience overseeing team of home health care providers
  • A medical or healthcare background is helpful, but not necessary
  • Experience leading and managing an array of individuals
  • Skilled at communication and networking
  • Willingness to collaborate with our support team
  • RN license, Preferred but not required
