With 100 caregivers and 20 support and leadership staff members, we seek to expand into Rochester and the surrounding area by offering In Home Care services including:

Salary: Competitive base dependent upon experience + incentive pay
Job Responsibilities
Marketing: Serve as the primary brand ambassador in your area
Work to develop relationships with a variety of referral sources and other experts in the senior care space
Identify opportunity to positively grow the English Rose brand recognition through community networking opportunities
Sales: Grow Home Care revenue
Meet with prospective clients to understand care needs
Develop care plan based on client’s unique circumstances and preferences
Sign service agreement contracts with new clients
Onboard new clients
Continuously update client care plans based on changing needs
Operations: Ensure clients receive the best possible care and that we bring comfort and peace of mind to everyone involved
Ensure high quality standards for client care
Maintain close relationships with client’s loved ones and providers
Monitor client outcomes and overall satisfaction of client and their loved ones
Approves client billing (ensures services, billed hours and hourly rates are accurate)
Human Resources: Build team of excellent, satisfied caregivers
Recruit qualified caregivers
Provide caregivers the support and mentorship they need to be successful
Oversee staffing schedule
Approves caregiver payroll (ensures caregiver hours and hourly pay is accurate)
