English Rose Home Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven Director of Home Health Care for our non-Medicare, Comprehensive licensed home care agency.
The Director of Home Health Care role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our home care agency and the medical care provided to our clients. The right individual will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff performance, optimize scheduling efficiency, and maintain high standards of care delivery following MDH guidelines. This role is also the primary relationship builder and point of contact for all clients, families and team members within our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead our dynamic team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure agency remains in compliance through our MDH Comprehensive license requirements
- Hands on Clinical Assessments and Care: Provide hands on, in person care and interactions with our clients and their families
- Staff Development & Performance Management: Work with internal Leadership team to recruit, develop and inspire top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles
- Scheduling & Client Services: Oversee client and staffing scheduling operations to ensure timely and appropriate care delivery, in conjunction with our Scheduling Coordinator.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and employee performance metrics, manage financial performance and participate in revenue growth.
- Business Development Ambition: Partner with our Leadership Team in our fast-paced business growth and development planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- 3+ years of nursing experience in a senior or home health setting and operational leadership in home care, home health, or healthcare setting with demonstrated implementation of growth strategies preferred.
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong communicator, and ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize on the fly.
- Position is salaried, may require some flexibility in hours
